1980 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow II Left-hand drive 36,650 miles. Affordable elegance. Recently reduced. The reduction in price is to compensate for some basic maintenance needed - detailed below - and the owner is aging and is reducing his fleet. This Classic Rolls Royce is very clean, preserved in original condition and safely garaged. The original tan leather interior is in very good condition with no cracks or splits. The original two-tone red/burgundy paint is in excellent condition enhanced by flawless chrome all around. Comes with new Michelin tires and the original owner’s manuals and records. This fine Rolls does needs minor work which is why we are selling at the reduced rate. Repairs needed: • One circuit of the dual braking system needs repair • One of the two carburetors needs to be cleaned or rebuilt - can be safely driven as is. • There is a small impression in the driver door that the new owner may want to repair. It is more of a depression than a dent and does not affect the paint. The lower right side panels display the partial repairs of a self-inflicted wound. THe owner was backing another car in his warehouse and grazed the side of the Rolls. It has bee partially repaired, but will need attention. Despite the carburetor work needed the car starts and runs reasonably well. The original speedometer was replaced by a certified Rolls Royce Dealer in Winston-Salem, NC. Documentation of this repair is available and included with sale. The car is available for inspection just west of Charlotte, NC.
